Cross Creek Estates (the Estates) is a homeowner community located in south Fort Myers, Florida about 15 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport, and along Daniels Parkway. It is convenient to all major roads, shopping areas, and areas of interest. The Estates is a community of 501 individual homes built during the period of 1987 and 2001.

Lot sites in the Estates range in size from one-quarter to one-half an acre. Home sizes range from about 2,000 sq. ft. to about 4,000 sq. ft. and come in both one-story and two-story models. The Estates resident population is diversified and includes retired couples as well as many young families with children. While most residents remain in the Estates year-round, many homes are owned by residents who use their home in the Estates exclusively as a winter retreat from the cold and ice of the north.

Cross Creek Estates is a deed-restricted community. The clubhouse, gatehouse, roads, facilities, and common areas are all owned by the Cross Creek Estates Association, Inc, a homeowner association that manages these areas and facilities for the homeowners.

In addition to the roads, the Association maintains a gatehouse and clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, a children's play area, bocce courts, and other athletic fields. The clubhouse contains an Exercise room, Steam room, Racquetball courts, rest rooms, a conference room, and a general meeting (activity) room.
