Cross Creek has two amazing sections and something for everyone. Find out the difference between the Country Club and Estates, and which one suits your needs and lifestyle best.
Country Club
Cross Creek is a mature condominium community. Within a 260+ acre tract, you will find two and three-story buildings, attached villas, carriage homes, and single-family homes.
There are 905 living units contained within 18 condominium associations (each with their own rules and fees). In addition, the Community Association offers a golf course, Pro Shop, restaurant/bar, a clubhouse with a swimming pool and hot tub, three tennis courts, pickleball, and bocce. The subdivisions also have use of their own cabanas and swimming pools. Blue Stream Fiber provides basic cable/internet to residents included in the fees.
The Estates
Cross Creek Estates (a.k.a “The Estates”) is a community of 501 individual homes ranging in size from approximately 1,300 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. with both one-story and two-story models on lot sites in from 1/4-acre to 1/2-acre.
In addition, the Association owns and maintains the gatehouse, roads, clubhouse, a swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce, bike lane, playground, dog park, bocce courts, and more. The clubhouse contains an exercise room, steam room, racquetball court, restrooms, a conference room, and a general meeting (activity) room with a library and a kitchenette.
